1. Contact
First, send a short description of the issue to support. Include the device model, iOS version, and the step where the issue happened.
Then, include screenshots if they help explain the issue. Do not send sensitive health, location, or private invite information unless it is needed for support.

- Confirm that Location permission is enabled if weather or place results do not appear.
- Confirm that iCloud is enabled if play date invites do not load.
- Confirm that notifications are enabled if reminders do not appear.
- Open the latest invite link again if an invite screen does not appear immediately.
3. Legal and Privacy
Zoomies uses app data to provide weather checks, activity planning, invite sharing, and activity recaps. The Privacy Policy and Terms explain these uses in more detail.
